Required pH level is 7.2 to 7.6
Please note that a pH outside the ideal range of 7.2 to 7.6 will reduce the effectiveness of chlorine as a sanitiser, as less free chlorine is produced. You must aim to keep the pH within the range that best suits chlorine as a disinfecting agent - THIS IS IMPORTANT.
